Dr. Jennifer Nash

Jennifer Nash, PhD, MBA, PCC is an executive advisor, leadership development consultant and author who partners with Fortune 50 executives to achieve performance goals driving positive business outcomes. Select clients include: Boeing, Exxon Mobil, Ford Motor Company, Google, IBM, J.P. Morgan, and Verizon.

A recognized expert in leadership, coaching, and behavioral 360 assessment, she founded Jennifer Nash Coaching & Consulting, a global advisory, coaching, and consulting firm after a 25-year career in industry and professional services.

Jennifer earned her MBA from the University of Michigan and her PhD from Case Western Reserve University. She taught over 700 rising leaders at Deloitte University and is a research fellow at the Weatherhead School of Business. She serves as an Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach at the University of Michigan and is a fellow at the Harvard/McLean Institute of Coaching.

Dr. Nash's work is published in Harvard Business Review, LinkedIN, and select academic journals. She serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan and has presented her groundbreaking leadership and coaching research at Harvard University and Columbia University. Jennifer is the author of Be Human, Lead Human: How to Connect People and Performance (2023).

When she’s not consulting, speaking, or coaching, Jennifer spends her time traveling, learning ukelele, and competing in pro/am dancesport. Trained in ballet, tap, toe, and jazz starting at age three, she’s been lighting up dance floors ever since, tutus, sparkles, and all. She’s won top newcomer, top bronze female, and multiple scholarship and championship awards in multiple national ballroom dance competitions with her professional coach partners.

Ryan Ford

Ryan Ford's dance career began in 2015, when he was selected to be part of the 'professional fast track' at Arthur Murray dance studios. Soon after, he participated in his first Pro/Am ballroom competition in Boston, Massachusetts. His student's exceptional performance earned her first place in multiple categories over the weekend, leading to her being awarded the top bronze female. Ford and his professional partner also triumphed in the Future Champions division, solidifying his growing reputation as a rising star and as a coach of pro/am champions in multiple styles.

After expanding the Austin Dance with Me studio owned by Maks & Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars fame, Ryan joined Fred Astaire dance studios to capstone his professional training, knowledge, and experience. In 2020, he opened his own studio, Let's Dance Austin, based in Austin, Texas. Since then, Ford has not only guided his students to numerous championships, but he has also achieved significant accolades, several of which include Top Teacher at Texas Lonestar Ball, Jack and Jill 1st Place at Fred Astaire, and USA Grand National Dance Championship Jack and Jill Finalist.
